Domine non sum dignus means "Lord, I am not worthy" in Latin. You may recognize this line from the liturgy:
"Lord, I am not worthy that
thou shouldest come under my roof:
but speak the word only, and
my soul shall be healed."
The text comes from the Gospel of Luke 7:6-7. It is also used as an antiphon to the Magnificat at Vespers on the Thursday following Ash Wednesday.
